Can we stay overnight at the hotel the night before our wedding?
If your Wedding is on a Saturday then no as we will have a Wedding on the Friday .
However we have the Blue Room you may come as early as 7am to make a start with Hair & Makeup .
Your Bridal Suite will be ready first and you may get dressed there .
Are dogs allowed at my wedding?
Yes, dogs are welcome during the day, but they are not permitted to stay overnight in the hotel.
Can we arrange for additional guests to join us for breakfast after the wedding?
Yes providing we have a few days ‘notice.
How many Guests can be seated at the Top Table ?
You can have up to 10 people seated.
Can we have a Round Table instead of a long Top Table ?
Yes
Should we include ourselves in our Final Numbers ?
Yes
Can we taste our chosen Menu before the Wedding ?
Yes, tastings are available midweek only, with a minimum of two weeks' notice.
Can we supply our own wine?
Unfortunately, we do not offer corkage and cannot allow outside wine.
Are motorhomes allowed to park in the car park?
Yes, motorhomes are allowed, but tents are not permitted.
Is there an opportunity to have a later Licence
Yes, until 1 AM at an additional cost of £100 plus VAT.
Can we Supply our own Garden Games ?
Yes, provided the wedding party assembles / disassembles them.
Do you allow Confetti
Yes providing it’s Bio Degradable

We just wanted to drop you an email before we jet off on honeymoon to say a massive thank you to you and your team for our wedding on Saturday.
We had the most amazing day and you was there for us every step of the way and we can’t thank you enough for that.

“So me and my wife got married here October 5th, from the bar staff to our amazing wedding planner to the fantastic house DJ, the build up was amazing, Sandra was the star by organising us every hour, telling us where to go what to do, everyone has said how good the wedding was, not just by my other half but by Sandra through the day and the DJ at the night time. Well worth every ounce of stress which made me feel at ease once I’d been settled down. “A massive shout out to Sandra the wedding co-ordinator at Cubley Hall. Sandra has been amazing with the planning of our wedding which was due to take place in July.
Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic we’ve taken a difficult decision to postpone our wedding. Sandra kindly discussed a number of alternative options with us and we have agreed on a new date that we are all happy with.
